It uses interchangeable, nested elements to reduce inventory costs as well as a universal transition to simplify and speed up installation.

At 24” (61 cm) wide, this system is best suited for narrow, tight-fit areas to shield anchored or unanchored barriers up to 42” tall in temporary construction work zone applications.

The TrafFix Water-Wall Barrier is an economical and highly effective temporary crash barrier system.  Water-Wall is a durable temporary crash barrier system that can be quickly deployed and used in many situations, from construction sites, to work-zone safety, to roads and highway projects.

Product Overview

The TrafFix Water-Wall™ is a plastic, water filled portable module that can produce the desired energy attenuation characteristics to decelerate an impacting vehicle.

TrafFix Water-Wall sections are designed to link together to form a portable TL-1 longitudinal water filled barrier that provides positive separation between moving vehicles and workers or pedestrians in the protected zone. Single TrafFix Water-Wall sections are designed to be used as a portable barricade in TL-1, TL-2, or TL-3 applications.

Sled Impact Attenuators

The Sentry Longitudinal Energy Dissipater (SLED) is a narrow, non-redirective gating crash cushion. SLED is designed to shield the end of all permanent and temporary portable barrier shapes including concrete, steel and plastic. SLED's unique design incorporates four internal steel cables which help envelop the impacting vehicle, reducing the possibility of secondary accidents. The SLED End Treatment does not require foundation anchor bolts to be attached to the road or bridge deck. The complete crash cushion can be installed quickly, with as little as one pick up truck and two workers on compacted dirt, gravel, decomposed granite, asphalt or concrete.
